Is there a maximum number of chars (that would have to include html code) allowable in the comment field?
If there is, first, what is the max?
Second, is there a place where this max may be reset to a higher number? If so, where do I look?
I guess I should also ask if there is any risk of increasing the char limit for comments (ie, the comment field).
I am re-posting this inquiry as I added it to a couple other threads as they are part of other's questions - so apologies for this cross questioning.
It's important that I can find an answer as soon as possible, as I've seen that my uploads haven't taken (they usually are) but this time the size of my comments is larger, so nothing has gone in (imported) and students are wondering what my comments are.
