One of our teachers had an assignment set up and when her students uploaded their files from Google Docs, a number of them found that they had the file for another student in the room (who was also trying to upload files at the same time).
Also when we look at the assignment report - one of the student's file is duplicated for all students as the file submission item. Students who were absent hadn't submitted any files had another file appear in their file submission column.
Has anyone else experienced this?
We are hosted externally and have two separately hosted Moodle sites. This is the first time we have seen behaviour like this.
We are using Moodle 2.4.1.
