I should also mention that my test student does get a Nav block link to "Submissions graded" and to the Rubric itself but only after she submits her work for assessment-- not before. If she submits her work before the due date and time (and if I haven't set the Submit button to finalize submissions), then she can see the rubric and benefit from it (as she should) before her submission becomes final.
