Hi, all:

I'm using Moodle 2.3.4+ (build 20130125) with the Overlay theme in Firefox 18.0.1 and I have the Navigation block set to generate "everything" everywhere "throughout the entire site" and I am expanding my menu tree items to their fullest. I've checked the Nav block permissions and everyone can see the block (no one prevented). I have all the Rubric options ticked including "Allow users to preview rubric...." But I am still not seeing any link to the Rubric preview listed in the Navigation block. What am I missing?

In the Assignment Settings block I am seeing the Advanced Grading > Define Rubric menu items listed. Clicking opens the Rubric manage.php page and I do of course see the rubric itself on the manage page, but I do not see on the page any link to a preview of the rubric as the student would see it.

So the only 2.3.x manual workaround I see to give the student a preview of the rubric now seems to involve (i) as teacher manually copying the URL of the Define Rubric page; (ii) manually creating in the Assignment description a link to the Define or Manage Rubric page; (iii) in the link editor manually changing either "edit.php" or "manage.php" to "preview.php" in the link; (iv) save my work. Then the student has a link in the Assignment description to a preview of the rubric.

What am I missing here? Anyone else seeing this in 2.3.4?
