All lecturers receive email notification

I have a total of 15 lecturers and only one lecturer is teaching a course which require students to submit assignment. Then the problem is, once a student submit the assignment then all the lecturers whether they are enrolled or not enrolled in the course will receive it as well. Is there any way to solve this? How can I just let the lecturer who is teaching the course to receive email notification only.
