Teachers within View/grade all submissions list

Hi

Using Moodle 2.3.3+ and we have teachers found within the assignment's 'View/grade all submissions' list, along with the students.

These teachers have been enrolled at category level and are NOT found within the gradebook.

I have removed the ability for this teacher role from submitting assignments but are still found within the list.
