First of all, thanks for your reply.
I turn on the debugging level as Developer, and set display error as yes. There is no debugging message was display when I "try" to do assignment submission.
Also, using Firebug to analyzing the network traffic, all related JavaScript file was loading correctly, the return state is 200.
