I oddly have the opposite issue... we upgraded from 4.1 to 4.5 yesterday and the View all submissions button is showing instead of the Submissions menu... and on the Submissions page the top row of submission is out of alignment, and the ID number column contains (long) strange text values instead of the ID numbers.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated... thanks!
