I have to say that I am quite concerned with the fact that feedback and comments appear unbidden by default. It would be easy for a marker to reflect the mark in their comments, so I will be turning the feedback and comments option to default to No.
Other than that, I've added this, I'm not all that sure it's what you want, but at least it's a bit:
"Returning Marks to Students
Because of the nature of blind marking, the students cannot see the final grade until all of the students names have been revealed. This is found in Assignment Settings > Reveal Student Names. However, feedback comments will appear."
