Sorry if this has already been fixed in Moodle 2.4, but our rubric templates in 2.3 have ballooned to over one fifty published--very popular among teachers. The interface is unable to handle this so that it takes many meters of scrolling to see all the templates. Need a condensed and hierarchical system. Cheers!
