No Hot Potatoes assignment module in Moodle 2.3.2

I would like to be able to post hot potatoes activities to my Moodle course, but am not sure how to do it. I notice on some internet forums that in previous versions of Moodle there was a specific assignment module to upload such exercises, but in the version I have (2.3.2) it isn't there. I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to add the assignment module for Hot potatoes in the version I have? If so, how do you do it?

2. If I can't add this module, then how can I upload my Hot Potatoes exercises as assignments so they can be graded?
