Add an activity an then inserting the data manually

If I am creating an assigment of type - offline activity,

Now I there is a new record in the assigment table.

I tried now to insert directly to the assigment_submissions table some assigment

and I can't see them in the assigment page,

What else do I need to do in order to restore the assigments that I have ?
