I believe taht we have 2.3 but do not recall this in 1.9.
Should I prfesume that it the deature in 1.9 was there up until 2.4 and should be in 2.3?
How would I, as an instructor, upload a file to a specific student?
I have been using the "Advanced uploading of Assignments" option but don't see a nethod to upload.
