I have used offline assignments in previous Moodle versions but I am running into problems with Moodle 2.4. I have attached 3 screen shots to help us figure this out. In the first screen shot you can see there are 39 participants. When I click on "View/Grade all submissions" it says "Nothing to display" on screen shot 2. The third screen shot shows the settings for this assignment.
Moodle 2.4.1+ (Build: 20130125)
Tried on both IE9 and Firefox 18.0.1
