flowplayer controls are tiny in assignments

Not sure if this question should be here or in 'resource types'.

1) Flowplayer is correct size if audio files are inserted onto course page.  However, when they are placed in an assignment, the controls are reduced in size.  

Does anybody know where the css to enable the correct size flowplayer in assignments is?

2) I've noticed that an alternative flowplayer skin loads for a split second before the default one appears.  Where is this one located?
