Error creating a Turn It In 2 assignment in Moodle

Hi,

We’re getting an error message when some teachers try adding a TII2 assignment to their Moodle courses. We’re using Moodle V3. Basically the page just hangs when we try and add the assignment. Eventually the browser gives the following.

In Chrome we get the following message on a page: The elearningzone.eastberks.ac.uk page isn’t working elearningzone.eastberks.ac.uk didn’t send any data.

In Explorer we get the following:  This page cannot be displayed.

If anyone is able to offer some suggestions on what we’re doing wrong, that would be super.
