Hi Ben,
No worries, that's forums for you! Unfortunately I have tried changing that setting to 20MB or similar and the limit remains "5MB". In addition I have tried uploading a file bigger than 5MB as a response but it fails with file size error message.
Could you take a look at one of your advanced uploading assignments and see whether this behaviour is unique to our site?
