Moodle 3.1 – We are using scoring rubrics in the Assignment activity. It was working fine just a few days ago, but now, when we click on the Grade button, we get the prompt: “Undefined – Can not create local file pool file, please verify permissions in data root and available disk space.” Does anybody know a solution? As a non-technician, I would also appreciate guidance on how to explain this to our back end team.
I have searched Moodle.org and the many references to this prompt are from 2013 and 2014 (usually Moodle v2.2 to v2.5). They mostly relate to problems uploading a file after upgrading to a new version – not to accessing an activity. On the tracker, MDL-43160 purports to have solved those issues.
We are also having possibly unrelated problems with system slowdowns, which I posted here.
