can't find "Send notification emails" in quick grading - moodle2.3

Hello

We use moodle 2.3 and from some reason I can't find the "Send notification emails" CHECKBOX when a teacher is in the quick grading mode.  it usually ( on moodle 1.9.x) used to be there in the bottom of the submissions  page where the teacher is grading the submissions.  I hope I can find it.

please let me know how??
