Hi,
I tried using essay question in quiz but it does not meet my needs. Here is what I am trying to do. I have an audio file that I want my student to translate into another language. I want this to be a timed activity.
So I want the student to listen to the audio file while he/she types the translation. In quiz, you can either see the audio or the space to type on the same page. In an assignment, you can do both but it is not timed. Is it possible to add the "time limit" option in assignment or if you know of another way of doing the same thing, please let me know.
Appreciate the huge help. I am a few months old in Moodle now and have really appreciated the copious amount of documentation and discussions that exist on the net to help me move forward.
