Incorrect Status

Hi,

On one of the courses on our Moodle, assignments are showing the wrong status when the staff look at the list of submissions.

After the student has submitted, they see the status as "Submitted for grading", but in the list the staff see, it says "No submission".

Any ideas what might be wrong?
