I have an instructor experiencing the the same problem on the most recent version of Chrome on two different computers one Mac, and one windows. I have seen it happen. When she logs in on my laptop, she no longer has the problem. We have tried disabling all Chrome extensions, but that does not solve the problem either. The only workaround I have for her at this time is to use a different browser.
