Rubric Feedback - Important

Hi,

I've asked a student to resubmit an assignment. On entering to grade the assignment I am unable to access the rubric for the assessment to give objective feedback against each of the assessment criterion. This is only happening for one student who exhausted all 3 attempts whereas on other students the assessment criteria feedback spaces are available. Is it because of the no. of attempts and if all are used, you can only give a generalised feedback and rubric assessment criteria feedback on first attempt?

I am using Moodle 2.7.
