 First of all I would like to thank you for your response. I followed your path and checked mod_assign component.But  I couldn't edit or add new info to   'submissionreceipthtml', 'submissionreceiptsmall', 'submissionreceipttext'.Please let me show way to to do it and I attached here with screenshot what I want to do with Assignment submission receipt for your kind attention. 

I want to add some records Ex. Student Id:1234 and Full name:ABS etc. to receipt.
