I tried reaching out to NetAcad asking if they can provide the latest version of that ptplayer applet and they keep sending me back to the Packet Tracer download page or suggesting that my teacher could help me.
Could you give me more details about who from Cluj-Napoca is working on that project ? I'm from Romania so maybe I can get a hold of them directly or through somebody I know. Also, are you willing to share your PHP code on the subject ?
I'll look into all the examples you provided once I get home.
