I just started using the Assignment activity where students do not have to submit but I use to show their grade on blog outside of Moodle. It appears that the notification goes out once in the morning. I would like it to go sooner after I have saved a student's grade.
I have my cron run every 15 minutes. For example forum messages are sent out within 30 minutes of posting. Is there something I need to change in Administration > Site administration > Server> Scheduled tasks? Nothing seems to jump out at what one I should do. Or is there something else I must set? I have 2.9+
