For several months we have been able to use the "Download All Assignments" in the Assignments module with success. Running the latest edition of Moodle 2.3. What we have found is that the zip file does download with all the content. The correct student file names appear in the archives. But when you try to extract the ZIP file or open any of the individual files within the archive you get an error.
When you try to extract the archive you get:
"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"
When you try to extract any file within the archive you get the same message.
We have tried it on various browsers on various machines and continue to get a repetition of the same error. No changes have been made to our installation of Moodle between the time this last worked for us and the time when this problem appeared a few weeks ago. The total number of assignments being downloaded as a ZIP for any one assignment is typically between 15 and 30 students assignments in a ZIP no larger than 16 megabytes. Small and simple.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Perplexed on this one, its typically been a functionality of Moodle we have not had any problems with.
