Further information:
Submission of assignment is outside of Moodle and hence the option to submit assignment...is not used.
The Background is
I change the assignment to "Submit a file"and then the user submits a file and as a marker I am able to enable the reattempt option and the attempt number changes to 2
manager goes in again and modifies the assignment "No need to submit"
Now the marker can again enable the reattempt option and it now shows attempt 3. Further displays all the 3 attempt scores.
Need to check if this is a bug or...I am doing something wrong?
