We are using Moodle 2.4 and wanted to upgraded to Moodle 2.8 so we setup a virtual server and upgraded to Moodle 2.8 there.
Once upgrade was done all the course carried over but the assignments did not. So I did some research and found that I had to run the Assignment Upgrade plugin. I did that on both moodle 2.4 and 2.8. But now the assignments in 2.4 also disappeared. They however do show in the grade book.
Is there a way to make them appear in the course again? I know I can restore a backup but then that will bring me back to the same issue of having non upgraded assignments.
