Hi,
I have experimented with this before. You can have an assignment graded by two different teachers, but the student could only see the grade and feedback from the second teacher.
You can use the workshop activity and have all the assessments done by your two teachers. The workshop WILL let a student see all the results from anyone who assesses the activity.
