Timing out while marking an assessment

Hi everyone,

We use 2.7.2. Our tutors have noticed an issue when they are marking an assessment. It happens when they are in the grading area for a student and their sessions times out. When they log in again, instead of going back to that students grading area it takes them to another student.  As a result they could easily upload the assessment they have been working on to the wrong student account.  

Could somewhere direct me to the place where bugs such as this are logged for a fix? Or, has it been fixed on later versions of Moodle already?
