For anyone looking to have students create personal journals, portfolios, projects, webpages, or any other creative collection of information... I highly recommend connecting Moodle with Mahara and installing this plugin!

Previously there seemed to be two variants of the Moodle assignment for Mahara. This new version seems to combine the best of both plugins and makes it a super fun and super easy to use plugin!
We have been using Mahara and Moodle for awhile but due to several issues we never activated the Mahara-Moodle Assignment plugins. The latest version published in February is REALLY nice.
We just got this installed yesterday and I can confirm page locking works as expected. I blew it in my quick recording here, but if you set the page to lock it will stay locked until a teacher grades it. Once graded the ownership is returned to the student.
