Hi,
I am running Moodle2.8.3 (Build: 20150202) and having trouble working out how to use the quick grading feature for marking assignments.
My process is I click on the assignment within the course, then click View/grade all submissions. I then thought I had to click the Quick grading checkbox at the bottom of the screen. That doesn't seem to do anything, I can't see a text box anywhere to enter a grade. The Quick grading checkbox also seems to be cleared if I refresh the page or close and go back into it, so I'm not sure that is actually doing anything and I can't see a save button for that setting.
I am also running the newest version of Essential theme.
I'm sure I'm missing a setting somewhere or something but if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
