Hi Linda,
No - it's set to 100, with the tutor giving 'no grade' to the individual students when giving the comments. We're advising staff to avoid the 'no grade' option at the assignment settings level because of the bug.
It's very strange as other assignments elsewhere on the site have the same settings, but not the same problem!
