In Moodle 2.3.3 when a student goes to submit an assignment, after they click 'Add' it opens the File Picker screen but it is blank until they click the 'Upload a file' link
Would it be possible for the File Picker to automatically have the 'Upload a file' selected so they don't have to click the 'Upload a file' link on the left hand side as it would mean one less click to upload an assignment?
