Annotate PDF with iPad

Hi! Anybody is using Annotate PDF while working on iPad? What is your opinion about that? Is it working to your liking? 

I am currently testing it and I'm not sure I get the hang of it. When I select a marker option, it is quite slow to react, the page behind the PDF is moving while I want to read further down the PDF, etc. Any tips and tricks?
