Attaching files to assignment description?

Hello,

I keep getting this question from teachers. They want to create an assignment (in Moodle 2.6) and be able to attache a file, whether it is a pdf or something else, but not media, in addition to the instructions typed in the box.

Can this be done? For some reason I thought you could and I can not see where. I might be going back years, or maybe I am just plain wrong.Image may be NSFW.
