Marking workflow issue for downloading assignments

Hi,

When selecting download all assignment files for assignments in 2.7, every file is added to the zip files, rather than those for the specified allocated markers.

If I have 2 students, Student 1 is allocated a marker (Teacher 1) and Student 2 is allocated a different marker (Teacher 2), I am still able to download both submissions when logged in as either teacher.

I assume this is a bug, which I have raised (https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-46205).

Has anyone else come across this problem?
