I've already replied to your private message, but for the benefit of anyone else reading this thread, I've now released v1.1.3 of the Online Audio Recording assignment submission plugin, which fixes this issue. It was caused by some left-over references to the "old" assignment module (mod/assignment), which (by sheer luck) worked on earlier versions, but no longer work on 2.7.
