Time based course in 2.3

Hello,

We currently use moodle 2.3 and are starting an open ended, rolling course. Is it possible to set the calender to base assignment deadlines etc from the enrollment date of the user, rather than the traditional date setting?

i.e. After the user has been enrolled for 4 weeks, the first assignment is due.
