One of our teachers reported a problem:
Some assignments become as it appears automatically hidden (gray) in the gradebook and the students cannot see the grade for this assignment. This happens when the teacher is working in the course, like grading assingments, but not necessarily this assignment that becomes hidden.
The teacher can see which assignments have become hidden if he goes into "Grades", "User Report". Selecting a particular user is not necessary. To fix the problem he goes into the course and clickes "Hide topic" once and "Show topic" once on the eye for the topic that contains the hidden assignment (The course is in topics format) and then the assignment reappears in the gradebook.
This phenomenon is however becoming so frequent that the teacher cannot keep up with clicking Hide/Show to keep the assignments unhidden.
We are using Moodle 2.5.2+ (Build: 20131011).
