Issue When Uploading Classes From MIS

Using the CLEO.net guide we have all the students/class imported into Moodle, as you can see below;

The next stage involves allocating teaching staff to courses, by going to Add/Edit courses. Unfortunately, the 2012 classes d not display; only 2010 and 2011.

Have I missed something?
