One of the courses on my Moodle (http://www.shscience.net) is having trouble using the duplicate assignment feature in 2.5.4. The duplicate feature works on all the other courses on the Moodle so far as I can tell. What she is seeing is that when she clicks on the duplicate assignment icon it prompts her on a new page with:

Are you sure you want to duplicate Quiz 'Quiz 3-4' ?

And then when she clicks "continue" it just times out after about a minute or a minute and a half.  When it times out we get a message from the web hostserver:

Something went wrong with the site caching!

Please try refreshing this page, that should fix the issue.

...which doesn't fix the issue. 

Not sure if I'm missing something simple here. Its a fairly big course with a number of assignments in it, maybe around 100 assignments or so. Haven't had this problem before.
