It is just as Mary said. Based on the mapping you listed:
- 10+10 = 0
- 25+10 = 18.75
- 25+25 = 37.5
- 50+25 = 68.75
- 50+50 = 100
If you add a fourth level with the lowest ones points set to 0 and the highest one to 50, you will get the scores you expect.
It is my understanding, that if you created and used your own scale that went from 100 down to, I think 10, your rubric would give the scores you expected.
