In Moodle 2.5 I have a Turnitin assignment which is set to 'Generate reports immediately, reports can be overwritten until due date'. One student submitted early and now wants to update his assignment before the due date, but he gets:
Error while trying to save the paper CODE: 413
I tried submitting for him but got the same error. Why does the error message appear and what can I do about it?
