Hi Miren,
When you create a rubric for an assignment, right after you finish editing and save the rubric, you get the chance to "Publish the form as a new template" for later use with other assignments. I do this with most of the rubrics that I make so they are readily available for other similar assignments I create.
I do not know of any way to use multiple rubrics on one assignment.
